How We Work

All new prospective clients start out with a free site visit from one of our consultants.

The purpose of the visit is to allow us to better understand your current needs and what problems your are currently experiencing so that we can prioritize any work that we may do for your organization.

Within 3 business days, you will be sent a formal proposal outlining:

• Our findings from our visit.

• Our recommended solutions to your current issues.

• Our prosposed timeframe to correct your issues or implement any new hardware or software technologies,

• Our cost for our services.

In brief, nothing is kept secret from you.  We believe in an honest relationship with our clients and that begins with the first visit.

We will also follow up our proposal with a phone call or email(your preference) to answer any questions and arrange for work to proceed.
